1. How many shipping methods are there for us to choose from?
-- Generally we offer regular mail which is worldwide free shipping. Besides, there is Express mail such as EMS, UPS, DHL or FedEx available for you to choose from, in that case, you have to pay extra express shipping fee in order to get your package earlier.
2. Why my order cannot be sent by UPS/DHL/FedEx?
-- The reasons making your items cannot be sent by UPS/DHL/FedEx are as follows:
1). Some special items are under the risk of being detained by the customs such as lasers, E-cigarettes etc. In order to deliver your items smoothly and successfully, it is better for us to ship them by regular post service.
2). It is not all the countries in the world that are covered by UPS/DHL/FedEx, in that case, the carrier have to change the shipping method to EMS. Countries in the follows can choose EMS packages: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Cambodia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Macau, Malaysia, Malta, Mongolia, New Zealand, North Korea, Norway, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, U.K., U.S.A, and Vietnam.
3. What kind of items cannot be shipped by express shipping method?
-- Items contained batteries such as laser pointer and E-Cigarette cannot be shipped by express shipping method. And if you want to make your shipping safe, we highly recommend regular mail if you can accept longer shipping time.
4. Why is my order shipped separately?
-- Two reasons for this situation are as follows:
1). As some items of your order out of stock, but we do not want to delay the delivery of the remains, so we will ship the items in stock in advance and the left will be shipped timely once they are sourced later.
2). If the items you ordered include easily-detained accessories such as batteries, we will ship it separately, especially when you choose express mail like DHL/UPS/FedEx. But we will still send your main items with the shipping method you chose while those easily-detained accessories will be usually sent by regular post service to make it be cleared by the customs easier.
5. How and where can I track my package?
-- We will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number and website 48 hours after your order has shipped out. You can track your item with the tracking number by clicking on the link as it will take you to UPS, FedEx or other website according to the shipping method your choose.
PS: Do remember that pay attention to the weight of your item when shopping them, this is because you can only choose Express mail instead of regular mail if you put the item into your cart because of overweight or oversize. When meeting this kind of situation, you need to pay for the express shipping fee.

6. Do I need to pay extra fees in my international shipping?
